A record keeping a complete record of a student’s career from the time he enters school till he leaves school is called a record. ‘A sheet showing a compilation of comprehensive information about a student is called a record sheet.’
Before 1925, this sheet was rarely mentioned in the field of education, even if the scientific vision behind it is aside, the term ‘accumulated progress sheet’ can be used to refer to any record in which information can be added from year to year.
