November 2022: Deadline for Complaints regarding Resurvey of land extended till December 2022
In order to update the age-old land records, the Gujarat government has started the process of Land record Gujarat resurvey. With a motive to modernize the land record Gujarat, the Gujarat government is carrying out the resurvey of land records using modern technologies such as DGPS (Differential Global Positioning System) and ETS (Electronic Total Stations) using GIS based spatial data processing software.

Once the resurvey and measurement of the land tracts was done, the complaints were raised in over 5 percent of the total survey numbers. To provide relief to the residents, the Gujarat government has extended the deadline of receiving complaints till December 2022.
